Yalqa is an information directory that helps you find businesses and contact them directly. We are not a party to any dealing, agreement or payment between you and any business, and we do not provide those businesses’ services.

2. Accuracy

Information shown comes from public sources and may change or be out of date (such as opening hours or numbers). Please confirm directly with the business before relying on it. Information is provided “as is”, without warranty of accuracy or completeness.

Ratings shown are public ratings from external sources and do not represent our opinion or endorsement.

3. Acceptable use

• Do not use the service for anything unlawful, for harassment or for spam.
• Do not copy or automatically scrape data in bulk, or republish it, without written permission.
• Do not attempt to disrupt the site or gain unauthorised access to our systems.

4. Business owners

A claim must be made by the business owner or someone authorised by them. We may verify authority, refuse or revoke any verification, and edit or remove misleading or infringing content.

5. Intellectual property

The site design, software, the way the data is organised, and the “Yalqa” name and logo belong to the operator. Business names and marks belong to their owners.

6. External links and services

Map, WhatsApp and business website buttons take you to third-party services governed by their own terms; we are not responsible for their content.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from reliance on the information shown or from your dealings with any business.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi, and the courts of Abu Dhabi have jurisdiction over any dispute.
